One of my worst experiences ever dealing
1.0− Ghosted me never got the instructions was left in the parking lot of the building and having to get an Uber out of there to go to an actual hotel

− It wasn’t cleaned, there was dust in most places.
Extremely poor service and unclear instructions. We were unable to access the accommodation and ended up losing our mone

− We never received the key, despite trying to reach the host.
Substandard apartment. Clean enough and quiet, but key utilities did not function as expected.
