The location is nice. Everything is near around. The staff was friendly and every time they react quickly to solve the problem.

A lovely villa in an excellent location perfect for our family’s needs.

The rooms were all clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the facilities were perfect. The cleaners came every second day and kept the villa spotless. The location was ideal, a short walk to the beach and close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

− The only downside was that after swimming in the pool we had a green tinge caused by algae. I didn’t see anyone clean the pool when we were there. The kids still enjoyed the pool though.

Three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a nice private pool for a great price. Admittedly, the bathrooms are rather small, but they are manageable. Especially for this price we can't expect the jackpot. My Thai family was really really happy with the accommodation and that what's count. There are some good restaurants nearby. Especially News steak and Grill has an awesome chef. We had a great communication with the hostess (owner?) Joy about checking in and checking out. Her staff is doing a good job. If we need something in Pattaya again, we will sure try this villa again.

Nice location. Well kept villa. Justified for the price.

− This property has no issue. But there was party noise from the villa on the right. Not an issue of this property but since there’s no noise policy in this property, same should be enforced on the one on the right.

− 9pm is a bit early for a ban of making any noise on a family holiday.
