− Hello, This property is currently requesting money from us for alleged damage to an oven and stove that we did not use during our stay. If you are considering staying here, we strongly recommend documenting the condition of the apartment and all appliances with photos and videos upon arrival and departure, in order to protect yourself from potential claims of damage after check-out. Our experience was disappointing, as we were asked to pay for damage without clear evidence that it occurred during our stay. We believe future guests should take precautions to avoid similar situations.
Everything was good! Great location, very responsive host, spacious apartment.

− It wasn’t suitable for families with children; the restaurant downstairs stays open late and there’s constant noise. The furnishings in the flat were old and very shabby. Finally, the bathroom wasn’t clean.
