Locatie super, ruim genoeg voor 3 personen. Midden in het centrum, gastvrije eigenaar. Inchecken met code werkt super.

− Kleine problemen met het riool, maar dat wordt gelukkig zsm opgelost. Eigenaar kwam meteen kijken na de melding, daar waren we positief over.

Super tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Bierkeller und Weinstuben fußläufig erreichbar. Lage auch für eine Mittagspause in der Sommerhitze ideal erreichbar. In jedem Schlafzimmer großer Ventilator Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter: Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, am selben Tag bis abends gerichtet

− Die Lage hat allerdings auch Nachteile: im Schlafzimmer nach vorne raus hört man bis 3:00 Uhr nachts Kneipengänger Und die Wohnung ist trotz Ventilatoren im Sommer zu heiß!!! Bei draußen 29-32° sind es drinnen abends im Schlafzimmer immer noch 26-28°. Und das Fenster des innen liegenden Schlafzimmers kann man nicht offen lassen, weil sonst die Küchendünste und der Fettgeruch des unter der Wohnung liegenden indischen Restaurants eindringen !!! Küchenausstattung ist sehr minimalistisch. Nicht alle Betten haben neuere Matratzen.

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, alles sehr neu und modern. Großzügige Zimmer und sehr gemütlich. In der Küche alles da was man braucht. Besondere Herzlich-Willkommen-Grüsse ist m Kühlschrank 😊 Wasser und lokales Bier. Super Kontakt mit den Gastgebern 👍 Man muss die Lage beachten, das eine Zimmer liegt direkt zur Sandstraße, hier ist es aufgrund der Lokalitäten Recht laut bei offenen Fenster. Für uns kein Problem, weil man das ja anhand der Adresse vorab weiß
