Simply enjoyable we have holidayed there for 15 years now ,we will back next year as always .

− Not that i hated it ,the drop off near the car park probably needs addressing or painting in bright yellow to make people aware of it ?
Very disappointing accommodation and service compared to all of our other accommodations on this holiday

− When we arrived it was very unloved and musty, it felt very unwelcoming with a tiny welcome pack barely enough for one person. Our bed linen dumped in a plastic bag and very aged appliances.
Clean and quiet but close to everything you need.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
