Alloggio in relax, cordialità e natura

L'alloggio è situato in una zona rurale del comune di Fondi, lungo la SR637 che lo collega facilmente al comune di Fondi stesso ed alla costa. Ho infatti utilizzato l'appartamento con la mia famiglia per andare al mare a Terracina e a Sperlonga: in circa 25 minuti si raggiungono comodamente entrambe le località. Ho inizialmente preferito questa soluzione rispetto ad un appartamento situato già nelle località balneari per risparmiare ma, alla fine, si sono aggiunti diversi altri vantaggi che avevo sottovalutato: l'alloggio Magnifico è immerso nel verde, gode di una tranquillità che è ideale per sfuggire dal caos della città e ti permette di dormire in silenzio assoluto la notte, ha ingresso privato con telecomando e parcheggio al coperto, uno spazio antistante nel quale le mie figlie hanno potuto giocare. Inoltre, l'ospitalità del proprietario è stata eccezionale: immediata disponibilità e grande cordialità, ha mostrato alle bambine alcuni animali nel loro recinto (gatti, conigli, galline) dedicandoci del tempo, ci ha alla fine addirittura regalato della frutta di stagione appena raccolta, delle uova, del pane e del vino di sua produzione. Ho messo 10 come voto solo perché l'11 non è contemplato.

Struttura pulita , nuova e ben curata . Il titolare Alessandro , persona perbene , gentilissimo e premuroso alle nostre richieste ! Posizione comoda , vicina al centro ma immersa nella pace per il riposo notturno .. ci tornerei senza dubbio

Oltre ad essere un delizioso e accogliente alloggio, dotato di ogni comfort e comodità, aria condizionata in camera, balcone, lavatrice, stendibiancheria, TV insomma non ci è mancato proprio nulla, ma la cosa che più abbiamo apprezzato è stata la cordialità e il buon cuore del proprietario Alessandro, una persona genuina. Complimenti.

Tutto molto bello, l'alloggio immerso nel verde degli ulivi con la possibilità di uso della cucina, la posizione buona per raggiungere le principali località e infine la simpatia e disponibilità del signor Alessandro che ci ha anche omaggiato alla fine del soggiorno di alcuni prodotti. Sicuramente da consigliare
