Disaster, Property was in use with contractors, Had to go to another property.
1.0Nothing, the place was being lived in long term, the place had not been cleaned, stuff everywhere, no clean bedding. The owner eventually moved me miles away to another property, offered compensation, but nothing has been offered for the inconvenience.
− The fact the property was in use by contractors, they had gone home for the weekend. The place had not been cleaned, they had taken the key. The owner had months to sort this but choose to leave it until 30 minutes before my arrival. The bathroom is on the ground floor, not mentioned in the listing, not good for someone with low mobility like me.

− 1) Heating system was poor, especially heating machine is in the main room, noisy at night and couldnt have good sleeping; Agent/Landlord ask me to live in another tiny room in the third floor, i couldn't understand why he/she neglect customer experience. 2) I asked to cancel order and was denied, also the booking CS team, kind of like stand for landlord but not us, i feedback and couldn't get any support, disapported for CS team like only pass the message but do nothing. 3) I moved away 9 days before my finanl day, lose a lot and I think it's so important a good sleeping is, that's why i move out without refunds.
