Apartmanın önüne araba park edebiliyorsunuz ki Dedeağaç’ta en büyük problem park sorunu. Yürüyerek direk merkeze 12-15 dk da ulaşıyorsunuz etrafında market ve cafe var. Sakin bir bölge açık ferah ev içinde çok vakit geçirmedik yemek vs yaparsanız fırın malzemeler içindeki olanaklar yeterliydi. Hemen dairenin dışında apartmanın işinde çamaşır makinesi ve temizlik malzemelerinin olduğu bir oda var eksik bir şey yok. Her iki oda da televizyon var klima tüm evi soğutuyor.
