Beautiful, great location, but expect headaches from the mgt company if you have any issues.

Nice condo, despite some minor issues; great location; clean

− The location, view, and amenities were great, except for a few issues. There was a nail sticking up in the threshold that my daughter stepped on several times. I understand that these things happen, but I contacted the mgt company the first evening we were there on the 24 hour call service line, which was actually just a place to leave a message. Also, a light bulb was out on the deck and we never got the tv to connect to any apps like Netflix or Disney. We were asked to connect the TV to Roku or connect the tv to the internet. (How is this the responsibility of the renter, even though we did try. We are not technologically ignorant.) The threshold was fixed on day 2. On day 3, a maintenance man was finally sent out (after we were told he would be out that morning and I confirmed, we were then told he was NOT sent out so as not to disturb us? I had to ask again, and a new one was dispatched at 3pm). He discovered that there was a wiring issue with the light, and upon checking the TV, he said the model was an old model and could not connect to streaming apps. He attempted to contact the owner about a Roku stick, but this was never resolved, nor was the light. The maintenance man was very helpful and courteous, but I imagine his hands were tied as to being able to address these issues. This was not the condo owner's fault either, although they do need to update the tv. We were given one dish towel and one trash bag. If you need any extra items, you will need to drive to the office (under a mile) between 9 and 5. Overall, I felt like we were getting the runaround from the mgt company, but this was probably because they were understaffed so that they can make the most profit. I did not want to deal with the headaches of homeownership on my one annual family vacation.

A perfect stay - no complaints!!

The location was great. The apartment was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed. The deck was perfect and the beach was so close and the Tiki Bar just a short walk down the beach was fun.

I loved the location! Great ocean front view, the balcony was a great size. The full kitchen, the two full bathrooms, as well as the washer and dryer in the condo were all great! The pool was very clean with beautiful water, the grounds were very well kept. Loved the reserved parking for each condo as well. Great place!

− The master bedroom bed was very small and not comfortable. The living room tv had a lock/code so we could not log into our own Netflix/Hulu. The balcony had a light on it, but no switch/or the light did not work. Not huge deals, just something that we disliked!

Very clean and inviting.

Location is great and in a quieter part of town.

− There's only one beach access point on the far end of the property so getting to it was a short walk from our room on the other end, but that's hardly anything to complain about.

Excellent place to spend a week. It had all you could need. All kitchen items, bedding, and beach stuff were provided, so that's a plus for a family with kids! Walking distance to the pool and beach. Covered parking spot. Partial ocean view, great balcony to listen to the waves
