− The hist wasn't available .guests couldn't get access to the property. After contacting booking.com, the reservation was cancelled. This was on a busy weekend with no alternative accomodation within 40km. And costs at alternatives at the highest rates. This caused major upset this accommodation shouldn't be on booking.com
