− The lack of a proper mattress on the single beds. The lack of a set of scissors in the kitchen equipment.

− There was no bathmat so the floor was slippery. The bathroom sink leaked over the bathroom floor. The bathroom window did not open. It was very cold when we went extra warm throws are needed over the beds

− The apartment is on the top floor of this beautiful house, which means there are a lot of stairs to negotiate every time you enter or leave.
