− Sofá-cama não é muito fácil de montar/desmontar. Estacionamento precisa ser mais confortável e não prejudicar os pneus com coisas desnecessárias que existem lá.

Satisfatória, com relação custo-benefício equilibrada.
7.0Não estava previsto refeições. A localização foi facilitada pelo uso de aplicativo de geolocalização. A utilização de veículo próprio, facilitou o deslocamento para pontos de interesse, pela cidade.
− O sofá da sala é desconfortável. Um dos botões do controle remoto da TV da sala estava funcionando com falhas. O piso estava higienizado, mas foi utilizado uma solução escorregadia e úmida. Os orifícios do chuveiro estavam parcialmente obstruídos, tornando o fluxo multidirecional, quando o desejável é um fluxo unidirecional. Não são críticas, apenas indicação de pontos a serem melhorados, sem dificuldade.
