7.0Convenient location - a few stops in the bus from Canning Town station. Had a pedestal fan, which was great for the hot weather.
− Ensuite was very small - a low ceiling in the shower and not enough space to turn around or close the door. It was serviceable but a point to consider if you are tall, need space or like to get ready in the bathroom.

9.0Staff were friendly and helpful, and it was good value for money. The location is perfect if you're attending an event at Silverworks Island, as it's very close by. They were also very kind in getting our room ready a little earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. The room wasn't anything fancy, but it had everything we needed, and it was clean. Overall, a great option if you're looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay.

9.0Room with own bathroom, fridge, fan, microwave and a desk. Check in was easy and earlier than expected
− The area is definitely not the best one in north London, but buses very close and the tube is a 20 min walk. Mattress is definitely not be for older people or people with back problems
