The location was right in front of the Turin Porta Nuova train station and there was no train noise and a perfect location for exploring this beautiful city. The apartment is a good size and comfortable.

Posizione eccellente, l'appartamento è in centro città, la proprietaria ci ha permesso di trasferirci nel suo appartamento in anticipo

− La proprietaria dell'appartamento è disonesta. Innanzitutto, l'appartamento non corrispondeva affatto alle foto, intendo proprio per niente. Ho scattato appositamente una foto per poter confrontare le foto sul sito web con l'alloggio che ho effettivamente ricevuto. Quando prenoto un alloggio, mi aspetto di trovarmi nel posto che ho scelto! Il bagno in questo appartamento si trovava direttamente in camera da letto e accedervi di notte per una terza persona era difficoltoso! Prima del nostro arrivo, le lenzuola non erano state cambiate, erano coperte di capelli neri di sconosciuti, non c'erano coperte, ma solo delle sottili piccoli copertini sintetiche non lavati che tutti gli ospiti usano per coprirsi,. Prima di pagare l'appartamento, ho contattato la proprietaria per discutere della questione del soggiorno del mio cane, e lei mi ha assicurato che se avessi viaggiato con un cane di piccola taglia, il suo soggiorno sarebbe stato gratuito. Tuttavia, dopo che avevamo già pagato e fatto il check-in, ha iniziato a chiamarmi dicendo che o devo indicare sul sito booking.com che non ho soggiornato nel suo appartamento, oppure devo pagare per il soggiorno del mio cane! Il proprietario ha inoltre richiesto il pagamento dell'appartamento non tramite il sito web di Booking, ma tramite un link WhatsApp, una pratica sconsigliata da Booking.com. È la prima volta che ci imbattiamo in questo tipo di pagamento, nonostante viaggiamo regolarmente. Non consiglio questa struttura se desiderate soggiornare nell'alloggio che avete scelto!
