− Área de serviço suja, roupa lavando na máquina de lavar quando da minha chegada. Máquina Lava roupas super suja. Detalhes do banheiro danificados. Chuveiro sujo com excesso de calcário. Água quente não esquentava o suficiente. Toalhas úmidas sobre a cama. Forno e micro-ondas com restos de comida (sujo).

Muito prático, simples, auto atendimento, sem interferência ou indagações, regras claras

− Acho que deveria ter algo no frigobar, mas compreendo que seria difícil o controle (vivemos no Brasil). Achei que os elevadores faltam indicações, quando chamamos não há reação indicativa.
