− A pia do banheiro entupia todas as vezes em que era usada. Poucos utensílios, louças e talheres
prédio-caixão com razoavel custo-beneficio.
6.0Apesar de o nome do anúncio "NOVO DESIGN IMPECÁVEL" não condizer com o lugar, o apartamento tem um razoavel custo-benefício, visto que tudo em Petrolina é caro. Fica perto de uma padaria e o lugar me pareceu seguro. Os porteiros e a vizinhança são simpáticos.
− O prédio e caixão e bastante antigo. Não tem elevador, mas sobe apenas um andar de escada. O banheiro é minúsculo e há um cheiro de barata na área de serviço. Quando fui, o ar condicionado estava fazendo muito barulho.
No geral foi top!!
8.0A localização é excelente, a facilidade para acessar o Ap com senha, a acomodação é confortável e completa, tem todos os itens básicos, além dos insumos urgentes como café, sal, açúcar, sabão.
