Great old building with modern facilities. Close to major attractions in Venice. Suitable for families.

It's very close to the Train/bus station and easy to reach. Good for 3-4 people. Clean and comfortable enough for the price and the location. The host messaged us with helpful information for the city and greeted us well and on time.

− It's an old apartment and the building entrance is very old too but all the city center is like that so for the price and the good location is actually pretty good. The bathroom and the kitchen looks newer than the rest and it was very clean.

Everything was okay.... The location is easy to reach from the train station..... Enough Facilities in the apartment and were OKAY....you can do your own cooking..... The caretaker is very helpful and informative......

Appartement bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé, à seulement 7 minutes de la Plaça Roma. La literie de la chambre est confortable, un peu moins pour le canapé convertible. La fenêtre à simple vitrage dans la pièce principale laisse passer les bruits de la rue, ce qui peut gêner ceux qui dorment sur le canapé. Petit plus : une boulangerie juste au pied de l'immeuble. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble !
