Good for the price, but customer interaction could be improved.
8.0Spacious with a nice water view (sunset not visible from the apartment). Comfortable bed and sofa. Bathroom ammenities were plentiful and good quality.
− Received way too many unsolicited messages from them, both before and during my stay. Repeatedly messaged me about extending my stay and paying for a late checkout, despite me telling them no, multiple times. Particularly didn’t like that they charge for a late checkout, even if you want to stay for 1 extra hour, it was particularly poor as they didn’t even have another guest arriving that day. Also, read the fine print - they put a hold on your credit card for $300 for a damages deposit. They advise that they will send you a payment link, then don’t send it, just automatically put a hold on your credit card. The apartment was fine, but the repeated spamming and holding the deposit left a bad taste.

− Expected a barbecue but there wasn’t one even though it was advertised as having one. Also, the room advertised was not the room we received, photographs were of a different apartment.

− Not clean, blocked sinks, not enough towels, there were cockroaches and ants and broken items that needed replacing before a stay.
Lovely place to stay. Amazing views.
