Property seems to be in a “gated” community with long term residents staying and a few long term rental signs up. Quiet at night, accessible to marts 24/7.

− Hard to find at first, road leading to Villa can be better lighted especially at night and with some villas having renovations going on. Couple of stray cats in the area.
