− keine Terrassenbeleuchtung, keine Nachtschränke, Terrassentür ohne Griff und keine Schließmöglichkeit von außen (Ging immer auf), eine Dusche mit schlechten Ablauf, keine Gageneinsätze in den Fenstern, durchgesessene Couch, schwierige Einschätzung von Strom- und Wasserpreis durch Poolhaus (rund 250€ extra pro Woche)

6.0Amazing house. Very specious. Great amenities and nice garden. Location perfect - close to the beach and Lalandia. Very comfy beds and very well equipped kitchen. Nice staff - quickly reacted to everything.
− When booking through booking.com there is a lot of information missing that are not obvious for international travelers. There are no sheets unless you pay extra, you have to pay separate for electricity and water which came to about 25% of original price. (There is info about it only when you’re about to pay for the booking -pic below - but not after. There is no info about how to pay - you have to go down to the office and pay it there). Unclear rules about cleaning and how cleaning fee is charged. The staff told us that for 99.9% it’s common knowledge that you pay extra for electricity, water and sheets - I’m a host in Iceland with booking.com and we travel on a monthly basis and this is certainly not a thing anywhere else. We got a discount after talking about this with the staff.
