9.0The accommodation did not include breakfast but had everything to make breakfast. Good air-conditioning, which was a life saver as it was very hot outside. place was neat and clean. Water was supplied in the fridge with a welcome chocolate.
− There are some small maintenance things like curtain rails which are loose. Only two coffee cups were available. These were however far outweighed by the enjoyable things. Please change the name to the "Green village", as that in the name on the building, and not Cosey 3. Nobody knows where Cosey 3 is.

I enjoyed my stay in Grand Baie. Toshav was very accommodating.
8.0Modern and clean
− There are three floors so many stairs. Guests with health issues may not be comfortable here. My sons are fit but carrying heavy suitcases up those stairs was very challenging even for them.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
