8.0A localização do imóvel era excelente e as instalações são novas.
− Atenção à limpeza do apartamento, principalmente banheiros e cozinha. Detalhes pequenos que podem ser melhorados para mudar a percepção de quem usa o imóvel. As pilhas dos controles remotos estavam fracas (tvs e ar condicionados), sendo necessário a troca entre os controles para poder utilizar, esponja da cozinha extremamente desgastada, lixinho do banheiro sem saquinho, sem papel higiênico reserva.

− Um dos banheiros estava com problemas, quando ligava o registro não enchia a caixa acoplada, tinha que ligar e desligar depois do uso o registro que ficava embaixo da pia!!
