Nice cozy apartment, heating and shower works perfectly, equipped, kitchen and fridge. I felt like home..

− Needs some more cleaning, but acceptable. Don’t forget the Pincode for the key box otherwise you cannot return the key when you leave. Maybe it would be good to write it somewhere.

The size of the apartment is great.

− The heating didn't work in the bedroom so it was freezing and it didn't get sorted during our 3 nights stay. We opted for an apartment as we wanted to cook our meals, but the 3 pans available at the property were burnt to death, you couldn't use any of them. We had to buy a pan to be able to cook. The nescafe had big lumps in it. And the sofa in the sitting room was the most uncomfortable thing to sit on. The staircase leading to the apartment hasn't been hoovered for a month for sure, the carpet was very dirty. Just not a good experience at all.

Had high hopes for somewhere to escape and relax but were overall disappointed.

Directions and instructions to access the property were very clear

− The sofa was broken, we informed the owner when we arrived, they responded that they knew about it but there was no offer to fix or replace it, or any refund on our stay. We were there for 3 nights, so quite a long time to not be able to sit and relax. Also the internet was not working when we arrived, It had been unplugged at the wall and the Wi-Fi box was hard to find (No its not the box next to the tv in the photo), it was hidden in a low cupboard in the bedroom. We contacted the owner who had to give us directions to find and fix it

Mysterious experience

Nothing.. And i requested for refund of 3 days which was not responded so far... Expecting trips.com to intervene

− From the day of arriving till i vacate in the mng i didn't sleep.. As a regular traveller the mysterious atmosphere keeps me sleeplessness.. I send my request very politely due to my feelings arised seeing the room.. There were no blankets to use.. 😪

− Stayed at apartment for 4 nights on face value was nice, but when we went in bedroom part of the floor was broken and clothes rail. On the the night while trying to sleep the road noise was so loud it was like the windows were open. So had to buy earplugs which didn't really help also people who were staying upstairs sounded like they were going to fall through the floor. The owners are difficult to get hold of, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you like your sleep.

The bed room and bathroom was comfortable, clean and tidy.

− Sofa was uncomfortable and felt unsafe to sit on . A screw dropped out of one of the dinning chairs but was easily put back in.,
