Die Gastgeberin war phänomenal, sie war der gute Geist im Hintergrund, der auch in kritischen Situationen unschätzbare Hilfe leistet. Das Grundstück ist wunderbar gelegen, abgeschieden, aber Santa Maria Navarrese wie auch der schöne Strand von Tancau leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig.

− Nicht der Rede wert, Weingläser und ein Schuhanzieher würden das Ganze noch perfekter machen.

Lovely property and garden. Really does need new beds as the master bed is extremely uncomfortable - basically like springy card! Also could do with a comfy sofa.

Dieses Haus ist wundervoll. Es hat einen schönen Außenbereich mit Grill, die Eidechsen sonnen sich auf den Steinen und viele Insekten schwirren um die wunderschöne Blütenvielfalt im Garten. Natürlich sind tagsüber auch die Zikaden aktiv, aber das ist gar nicht weiter störend, man gewöhnt sich daran. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, was bei den hohen Temperaturen im Juli ein Segen ist. Vom Haus sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und auch zum Zentrum von Santa Maria Navarrese, wo man einkaufen und essen gehen kann. Mara hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank, liebe Mara, wir kommen sicher wieder :)

When we arrived Mara Crobu met us at the villa and showed us around. The villa is set in a well kept and watered garden - flowers, butterflies, some shy lizards and a bbq and outdoor shower - perfect for washing the sand and salt off when you get back from the nearest beach which is literally just a couple of minutes walk away. ( There are another couple of beaches within ten minutes walk as well ). The villa is situated on a quiet lane and is well detached from the neighbours. Car parking is on the drive behind an ekectric gate. The villa comprises a very large lounge with a long wooden dining table and benches. At the front end is the well equipped kitchen. at the other is a lounge area with can furniture and a TV. Through the back door is a shady terrace with dining table and chairs. Outside stairs take you from there down to the utility area with a modern washing machine. Back inside there is a bathroom, then the twin bedroom. Next to that is the master bedroom with a fouble bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Beds were comfortable, hot water abundant, all facilities very good. The floors are tiled throughout and ceilings are high. There is air con but we only used it in the twin room at night ( we visited in June ). Instead we kept the windows open and benefitted from the occassional light breeze through the house. Make sure you close the mosquito nets on doors and windows. The village centre with the supermarket and other stores is about 10 minutes walk away. One note for English speakers: Isolotto does not mean isolated. The villa is down a small residential lane - it is named for the “little island” - you’ll see that when you go for your first swim!
