− Apartamento muito sujo.!!! Enchoval do flat muito sujo, manchas nas toalhas, toalhas( crespas) , lençóis sujos muito manchado , lençol de apresentação com mal cheiro. Baratas por todo apartamento, passeando pelos talheres, pratos, cozinha infestada de baratas , salas e quartos. 🪳 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 muita sujividades por todo apartamento. Flat sujo e precisando de reforma
5.0O condomínio é ótimo, piscina espetacular.
− Flat sujo, achamos vários filhotes de barata na cozinha e nos quartos. Banheiro sujo, não parecia ter sido limpo. Controle do ar condicionado de um dos quartos não estava funcionando, ficava ligado o tempo todo somente em uma temperatura. Lençol e toalhas manchados . Entrei em contato com o proprietário, mas não tinha o que fazer. Depois de estarmos lá dentro não era a hora de limpar. Precisa de uma reforma urgente nos móveis. Infelizmente foi essa a minha experiência. Graças a Deus que o condomínio compensou. Mas nesse flat não voltarei.
