8.0- Location, close to all amenities. - Excellent service when air con wasn't working (after hours contact and repair next day). - Has everything you need for a short stay. - Good communication (probably too many emails). − -key ring had a different number on it to the actual room number. Confusing on arrival. - sofa bed mattress is terrible, can feel the metal springs through - microwave is temperamental - wall clock ticking is very noisy. I took it off the wall and put it in the bathroom to get a good sleep

Great family holiday and accommodation
8.0The location and value for money was perfect, especially during the snow season. Perfect for our family and it has nice facilities thats close to all shops and resturants
− It seemed like the room had been opened or aired out for sometime. it had a musk like odour but once doors opened up it was all good.

− There was not enough toilet paper. Had to make up bed for my daughter. Linen was not clean and did not fit pull out lounge.
