9.0Loved the location and the unit was very comfortable. Staff were always there to help if you needed anything.
− Mattress on the floor was a bit hard for me getting up and down. The Nespresso coffee machine was great only you can't buy the pods at the supermarket. Also no staples supplied like salt and pepper, paper towels or toilet paper. 1 roll for two people for a week.
Small but nice
10.0The apartment is very close to the JY line station, only 5 minutes walking. It is well equipped with high quality appliances which offers everything you need to start your trip in Tokyo. Although not big, the rooms are designed well. The host is very responsive.
− There are several convenient stores around the apartment but we find no big supermarkets around. The sound proof to the upstair neighbor is not very good, we can hear people walking during the midnight.

7.0The apartment is new, and tidy and clean, and it is only 4-minute walking distance from the apartment to the Sugamo station.
− 1. Usually, the check-in time is 3.00 pm but for this place the check-in time is 4pm. It is bit unfair. 2. Also, I think they need to improve their customer service. When I messaged them that I cannot use the oven without aluminium foil becasue it may not be easy to clean the oven afterwards. Their reply in the beginning was 'you can buy your own foil'. I think it is rediculous to ask the guest to buy their own kitchen foil. Then their reply was 'we don't want you to use it but if you insist to use it, make sure to clean it.' Again, when I told them we needed more tissue, they insisted there was tissue in the apartment but it was only toilet paper. They never sent anyone over to check and bring us new tissue. Besides, if you stay for 3 or more days, you have to put up with the smell of the garbage because there is no place to dispose of garbage bags.

10.0I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The room was excellent, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. Everything was conveniently located, making my experience even better. I highly recommend this place and would give it a perfect 10 out of 10.
