Perfect Property. Absolutely Stunning. All the facilities needed for a perfect stay

Absolutely stunning property! Cannot recommend it highly enough, will definitely be back! + Gated estate, very secure (not that its a bad neighbourhood). + Very quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. Building work report by previous renter on properties adjacent almost complete and did not disturb at all. + Host could not have been more accommodating. + Property is in perfect condition and has everything and more needed for a truly comfortable stay. + Included Country Club membership with all its facilities (3 pools, hot tub, gym, billiard tables, computer room, restaurants, bar and theme nights) is a real bonus especially as it's within walking distance. + 2 quality public golf courses (club rental available) plus clubhouse, restaurant and bar again within walking distance.

Perfect house. Perfect location. Perfect price.

The house was impeccable and had new appliances, furniture, etc throughout. Great outdoor space and the water in the swimming pool was perfect. The best thing was we were able to set the air to our liking. With the extreme July heat it was extremely nice to come home to cool air throughout the entire house. The players club was a huge bonus that we took full advantage of. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

− A heads up about construction going on next door would have been nice.
