Eine ruhige Straße, ein sehr netterms Vermieterpaar die uns auch vom Bahnhof abgeholt haben und eine ruhige aber praktis

Die Lage war sehr gut. Man war innerhalb von wenigen Minuten an der Bahnhaltestelle. Von dort aus konnte man schnell an die wichtigsten Punkte in Tokyo (Shibuya, Asakusa,Akihaibara) Der Vemieter war unfassbar nett. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es Supermärkte und Konbinis und wenn man zur übernächsten Station läuft kann man super in richtigen Izakayas essen. Das Herz von Shinjuku ist auch Fußläufig zu erreichen.

− An der Unterkunft überhaupt nichts aber unsere Nachbarn waren furchtbar. Diese wurden dann auch vom Vermieter zurecht der Wohnung verwiesen nachdem sie nachts sich gegenseitig angebrüllt haben. Da hat er super und richtig reagiert! Touristen sollten sich in dem Land wo sie zur Gast sind benehmen, besonders in Japan ist einfach Stille gefordert.

− 최대 12명이 묶을 수 있는 숙소로서는 많이 부족해 보임 ㅡ 내 입장에선 최대 8명 정도 보임

Mala experiencia, buena ubicación

La ubicación

− Llegamos y el apartamento olía raro, lo cual se agravó cuando encendimos el aire acondicionado. Por ello, empezamos a buscar y descubrimos unas manchas negras en el mismo, con lo que sumado al olor confirmamos que era moho. Decidimos no pasar la noche ahí y cambiar de alojamiento. El propietario bajó para ver el problema y nos dijo "que él no olía nada" pero que mandaría a alguien a revisarlo al día siguiente (han pasado 5 días, hoy era nuestro supuesto día de check-out y seguimos esperando respuesta). Si quieres algo bien ubicado, este es tu lugar, pero cuidado con tu salud...
