1.0This was an attractive looking property with all the facilities with wanted. However it was completely spoiled by the fact we had constant problems with the electrical supply and couldn't use more than one appliance at a time without the power going down. When the power went down it was necessary to leave the property and go down into a basement corridor to reset the circuit breaker. It was not a pleasant journey to make first thing in the morning before you were dressed or in the evening in the dark when all you wanted to do was relax. It was obviously a known problem because the first time it happened the agency was able to send us a previously made video showing us the route to the electrical room and what to do to reset the power.
− It was an expensive apartment which cost us Euro3300 for 2 weeks and we unable to cook in it or have friends round for food. Trying to heat a pan of water for pasta with the oven on at the same time would blow the power. Or boiling the kettle when you had the washing machine on. They have refunded us Euro100 for the inconvenience which is a tiny amount relative to the overall cost. The power supply in the apartment appears to be restricted to a low level. The girls in the agency were very helpful and said they would contact the owner to "increase the power of the electricity" but that never happened.
A surcharge of € 30,00 from 22:00 to 00:00 and € 40,00 from 00:00 to 01:00 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
