The service was amazing. I had some troubles with the city registration and the lady was super fast, on point and helpful. They also made it possible to check in earlier and gave us an option where we could store our luggage in case we come too early. We didn't end up using it but still it was very nice. The location is also very convenient for Venice, ground floor, close to everything but quiet. Overall we were happy with the accomodation. I also appreciated that the AC was in the kitchen so we could sleep with an open door and have fresh cool air without getting sick from direct air. .

− I would have given it a 10 if it wasn't for the bathroom. The shower cabin leaks heavily to a point that the toilet is quite flooded with water and hard to use. We were there for a few days only so it was doable, but it was a bit unpleasant. Also a few of the elements in the bathroom were falling off. Not a deal breaker but if it can be fixed, it would improve the experience.
