8.0Great location overlooking the sea and short distance from the town. Very comfortable beds. Well appointed and modern.
− Great decking area but a sun shade for hot days would have been good. Also some secure means of having the windows open, especially at night.

− Difficulty liaising with host and stay regarding payments they're American call centre Check in 4pm and check out 10 am. I requested later checkout.... it was denied unless I paid £15 for extra hour (11 am) checkout Or £25 for earlier check in (2pm) There was no Sharpe knives for bread, potatoes ect. Only 1 tea towel no washing up sponges and 1 small toilet roll.

9.0Fantastic location adjacent to the beach but very quiet and only a short stroll to the park & ride car park to get buses to & from town centre. Large windows overlooking the beach so great for enjoying the view. Perfect for walking the dog too.

10.0We had a fantastic stay at 405 seaview road. The chalet has been decorated to a high standard inside with some lovely touches. The decking area and sofa outside are wonderful. A lovely relaxing holiday with fantastic views of the sea and beach and only a short walk into bridlington. 405 had everything we wanted . The owners were amazing with quick comms if we needed them for anything. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Perfect Spot
10.0Communications. Ease of check in. The most perfect spot to unwind & charge ones batteries! Everything in Chalet & decor was Superb! We ate out every day but there was more than enough cooking utensils & lovely large fridge freezer too. Would love to return in the Summer months & sit outside watching the Sea. I last came to South Shore when I was 13! Things have improved immensely. We slept better than we have for months too! 😄 Thank you

A home from home by the sea.
10.0Excellent location with fantastic views. All the facilities you’d need inside for a weeks stay or even a few days stay. Furniture and beds very comfy. Never had a bad nights sleep. Cleanliness of the place couldn’t be faulted. Beach is a very short walk away. Bridlington is in easy reach by either car, walking, park and ride bus or land train.
− Only slight criticism would be lack of plug sockets in the living area and possibly a couple of up-lighters or lamps rather than using the fitted ceiling lights. But these are very minor points and will no way take any enjoyment away from your stay.
