Mediocre - there are better and newer options in Jaco than this place

View from the balcony was good.

− Walking to the appartment you see trash around and dog poop, etc. The guard is not friendly and cannot give accurate information. The worst thing was property manager. That person was rude and if you ask question, the would say "this is not a hotel". I told him about a broken soap container and it took them 24 hours to send someone with a replacement.

− The check in is too late and the check out to early. The a/c in one of rhe rooms wasn’t working well.

Immaculately presented. High end finish. Everything you need. Lovely balcony with ocean view. Magnificent sunsets. Great pool. Bars & restaurants walking distance Would highly recommend.

Beside my accident, it was a nice place.

Nice location

− There was water on the Balcony floor when we arrived which we didn’t see and I had an accident in my right foot. Could not walk properly for the next days!
