Parking interior accesible desde el apartamento. Amplitud, vistas, prácticamente todo nuevo. La atención recibida.

− Pequeños detalles a mejorar por ejemplo que no tuviera tostadora.

Appartamento molto ampio, dotato di un bel prato verde con bella vista sulla valle (aggiungerei degli ombrelloni per renderlo più fruibile). La cucina ha una buona dotazione di piatti e pentolame. Bagno e camera molto ampi. Ottima la presenza del garage. Proprietari gentili e molto discreti. Utile la presenza dell'aria condizionata.

− Pulizia da migliorare (vetri e zanzariere in primis). Mancanza di appendini per gli asciugamani nel bagno. Poca insonorizzazione con il piano superiore. Fastidioso il rumore della ventilazione meccanica, che non può essere disattivata.

Appartamento nuovo, pulitissimo con giardinetto ben curato e due sedie sdraio disponibili per l'appartamento. Possibilità di mangiare fuori con tavolinetto e sedie private. Posto auto al coperto nel parcheggio sotto l'appartamento. Per raggiungere il paese Sant Vincent occorre usare la macchina.
