− 設備老舊、清潔程度需要加強！一進去就是濃濃的霉味，還有被子枕頭都是油垢味，遍佈整個房間。 煮水器整個很黃、水垢也很多，而且烘衣機也很髒 廚具櫃也整個都是霉味，廚房連一條抹布都沒有。沒有免治馬桶。 冷熱水超難調，好不容易調到要的水溫了，過一下子，不是變超冷就是變超熱，冬天去可能會被冷水冷死。 溝通非常有問題，他們的翻譯軟體不知道是什麼，問問題總是在答非所問，溝通非常困難！ 沒有免費停車，對面有付費停車場。 對了，我們一進去冰箱就在漏水，跟他們反應後，也沒有什麼表示，只在隔天又送來毛巾，這樣而已……
我們一家五口（2大3小朋友），大小很剛好。住起來很舒服，有機會會再來的！誒
