overrally good , i used the facilities to rest at night after having been out the whole day

− Salt missing ,very low matress on the double bed in second bedroom

− Damp, condensation,ants very limited cooking utensils broken floor boards phone calls for help unanswered.

− Ants all over the living room the shower didn’t work the pictures in bedroom kept falling off the wall and it wasn’t very clean

− General cleanliness was poor especially in kitchen and bathroom. There were multiple air fresheners attempting to mask damp smell. Pipe at the back of the sink bathroom sink overflowed the tap was used, leaving large puddles of water behind the sink and toilet. Infestation of small flies in the bathroom, with large patches of damp and peeling paint. TV had large yellow lines flickering across the screen. Fire extinguisher in kitchen had not been tested for at least two years. Kettle lid had been fixed with a screw and raw-plug. Outside areas unpleasant and run-down. Smoke from smoking area outside window had permeated into the building. Contacted landlord who with regard to bathroom issue. Initial response said that they would send someone to sort but never heard anything more. Left the property early due as it was very unpleasant to stay in.
