It was a bit out of downtown Tavira but we knew that when we booked so anticipated the 30 min walk to town. We also had a rental vehicle and parking was easy to find. The apt is in a very nice quiet neighbourhood. The bed was very comfortable and good lighting in the rooms. Each room had a heater which helped to warm the apt (except for the kitchen)

− The parking garage is a nightmare, we couldn't fit our car in the space provided so we parked in front of the building. There was lots of free parking on the street. The apt was really cold when we arrived. The bathrooms are too small, luckily there are 2 bathrooms. The price was great though, can't complain, true value.

The owner Rodrigo was always quick to answer any questions before we arrived… and very attentive during our stay… any minor issues were delays with extremely quickly… the apartment is a lovely size and was perfect for the 5 of us… the sofa bed very comfortable for my 15 year old son who loved having the living room to himself in the evening … WiFi worked very well just lost it slightly on the terrace Would definitely return… very close to tavira and surrounding cabanas and easy to get an Uber to take us out when we wanted to be without the car… we love Barril Beach and Cabanas beach and Rodrigo recommended some other places we had never been too despite visiting over a number of years which was so helpful Very happy 😊

Apartment is very nice! Rodrigo is a great host. Responds quickly to any questions and provides great local information. Pool located at hotel is great with wonderful views. So nice to be provided with fresh, delicious oranges from his orchards. There is plenty of parking available also. The only thing that is not made clear is that the 3rd bathroom is really a 1/2 bathroom (toilet & sink)off of the back patio and not inside the apartment itself. Rodrigo also provided a cleaning/linen & towel change halfway thru our visit since we stayed quite awhile. Overall a great stay

− We are not use to city/apartment living and there are a few barking dogs within the complex that we found annoying. Also enjoyed the back patio, but gave up trying to keep it cleaned from local birds!
