Smještaj se nalazi u ruralnom kraju. Krasi ga velika okućnica s bogatim voćnjakom, jezercem i boćalištem. Uz kuću se nalazi i nadstrešnica pod kojom se može ispeći roštilj ili okrenuti i nešto na ražnju u pečenjari, družiti se i jesti za velikim drvenim stolom, ali i zaigrati pikado. Ulaskom u smještaj udari te val domaće atmosfere, prostor u kojem ćeš rado i boraviti. Opremljen je svim potrebnim popratnim sadržajem u svakoj prostoriji, od kupaonice do kuhinje i boravka, taman onoliko koliko je potrebno. Niti u jednom trenutku nismo osjetili da nešto nedostaje, čak štoviše na raspolaganju te čeka i pregršt društvenih igara. Čisto je i uredno; ležajevi su udobni; ljeti preko dana ako je vruće prostoriju rashladiš klima uređajem, a preko noći kad je svježije vrijedi otvoriti i prozor s komarnikom i guštati u svježem zraku bez uboda komaraca, ali pripazi da ne otvoriš krivi prozor (na kojem nije komarnik). Odličan 5, vrlo rado bih ponovio boravak.
