10.0住宿位置鄰近晴空塔，位於押上站B1出口，對面有Big-A小型超市， 地理位置非常方便，住宿期間吹風機有問題，快速協助更換， 非常的感謝，住宿體驗非常棒。

− 格局奇怪，只有提供美耐皿餐具，很多容易撞到的角
以價格來說是很不錯的地方，瑕不掩瑜，只是不適合三位成人入住。
8.0地點方便，離車站出入口近，周邊也有商店，生活機能很好，基本上設備用品算齊全，價格實惠。
− 本次入住3人，雖然標註兩張雙人床，但床實際尺寸比較像加大單人床，建議2人入住會比較合適；因剛好都是嬌小女性，又是家人所以勉強擠一下還行，但兩人睡一張床不算舒適。 另外房子的格局也有點怪，進入建物內搭電梯以後，要開啟通往戶外的門，房門位於連接建物外樓梯旁，心理上會有一點點不安心。 室內拖鞋很多灰塵，不敢穿。
