What I didn't like was the deceptive pricing during check-in. I booked via Expedia $84.68 per night w/ option to pay later. Instead, I was charged $150/night for 14 nights. Nice facility, but do your homework & I won't be doing anymore business with Ocean Drive Beach Resort.

They need to improve their customer services. I arrived at the hotel around 8PM tired after a long flight. Unfortunately, I took about 30mins for someone to receive me at the reception as there was no staff. I went to the room and after an hour the city power went off and their generator had an issue. I waited for about 3 hours without electricity so I had to leave the hotel and move somewhere else. Hope they can improve on these points but the hotel location is ideal.
