− Broken sewer vent pipe venting sewerage gases below the roofline into the courtyard. (I have photos)Dirty overgrown courtyard with insect filled rubbish bins.Rear area stinks of sewerage due to the vent. Broken remote for TV. Worn out couches worn out mattresses. Filthy front door. I could go on. I would rate this place as pretty rough.

Local to family, accommodated our needs for the time we were there. Chan
7.0Location was good, near to where we wanted to be. Sofa’s uncomfortable as it was hard to get up from them as they were so worn,squashy. Downstairs bed mattress was uncomfortable (hard)and was a small double instead of a double bed.
