Posizione incantevole, direttamente sulla spiaggia privata, costruzioni multicolori e disposte sul pendio che degrada a mare con percorsi di collegamento molto gradevoli da percorrere …. Soprattutto in discesa 😅 Un bel colpo d’occhio in un contesto eccezionale.

La posizione immersa nella natura

− Le camere , senza zanzariere e piene di formichine sia nello spazio interno che esterno , mancanza di spazio esterno delle camere confortevoli, solo 2 sedie di plastica … nei bagni porta asciugamano tutto in plastica , per il prezzo che si paga e lo standard che la struttura vuole mantenere le camere standard sarebbero da modernizzare e curare nei particolari

struttura veramente da sogno, ben curata nei minimi particolari, posizione senza paragoni direttamente sul mare, servizi eccellenti e si mangia benissimo, unico neo la stanza piccola ed i costi elevati, ma ne vale la pena ..pozione unica.

− stanze piccole e pulizie non attente, spiaggia chiude alle 19.00 e si perde il momento magico del tramonto, ma non dipende dalla struttura ma dalle autorità comunali.

La location ed il personale di sala

− La struttura è datata e utilizzata prevalentemente per eventi nel fine settimana. Noi siamo capitati mentre c'era un matrimonio con il complesso sotto la nostra finestra che ha suonato ad altissimo volume fino a notte fonda. Le nostre lamentele sono state ignorate dalla direzione che ha fatto presente che ai clienti dell'hotel fanno firmare una liberatoria che consente loro di fare baccano quanto gli pare. Abbiamo risposto che non avevamo firmato nulla in quanto la nostra prenotazione è stata fatta su booking e loro hanno ammesso che in quel caso avevamo ragione noi in quanto booking non è al corrente di questo problema.Ma nonostante ciò non abbiamo ricevuto neanche le scuse. In camera dalla doccia scendeva solo acqua bollente e siamo stati costretti ad utilizzarne una esterna. Nessuno è venuto a ripararla. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è pessimo anche al ristorante. Ci hanno dato una camera standard al costo di una junior suite .approfittando del fatto che erano al completo.

Unica nota positiva il personale all accoglienza

− Una cabina in spiaggia adibita a camera senza televisore - 1 sola presa della corrente dietro al letto quindi non siamo riusciti a caricare i telefonini - 1 solo punto luce con interruttore vicino alla porta quindi per spegnerla bisogna alzarsi dal letto - il bagno fatiscente con piatto doccia rotto e vetro della finestra tenuto con lo scoth - assenza di campo per la linea internet ma anche per le telefonate quindi esclusi dal mondo - i bagnini mentre eravamo ancora sui lettini hanno spostato le nostre cose senza chiedere il permesso e hanno chiuso l ombrellone - al bar non c era praticamente nulla da bere - colazione standard - prezzo pagato 380 euro orario entrata ore 15 per restare il giorno successivo solo in spiaggia bisognava pagare un supplemento di 100 euro
