2.0− Ma réservation a été faite mais j’arrive sur place fatigué mais arrive à la réception, ils m’informent qu’il n’y a pas de place aucune explication et surtout même pas le proposer un plan B rien de rien , suis parti énervé et plus grave il me demande d’annuler la réservation
