10.0Wished we could’ve had more time at The Meru as it was at the end of our stay in Bali. The hotel was exceptional and luxurious. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, from porters, reception, wonderful personal concierge type service at check-in with a tour of the facilities and room, the fabulous breakfast buffet, dining and poolside staff, even the cleaning staff you’d meet in the hallways were so friendly. The location at the end of the boardwalk closer to the Sanur Port was quiet and the beachfront unobstructed by restaurants. Free 2 hour bike hire enabled you to cruise along and check out other spots, dining or shopping. The hotel and garden are beautiful, very grand and amenities, room, dining and service all 5 star plus great for families too. What a treat to have stayed, hope we can come back.
