They ask me to pay again in full and they mention they do not use expedia any more The problem is they never approved my refund thru expedia and I have to contact them for serval time

Pire hôtel d’Alger, des voleurs, vous faites une réservation via l’application, ils vous disent qu’ils ne reçoivent pas l’argent, vous devez payer sur place, la chambre sans climatisation, une honte à éviter , je me suis fait arnaqué, malgré Plusieurs relance je ne me suis jamais fait rembourser ,UNE HONTE
