Lack of basic cleanliness
4.0The area is good. quiet and easily accessible to buses. I was there in mid-November and the apartment was warm. Clean sheets and towels
− From the moment we unlocked the door, a place of fresh air greeted us with a strong smell of cigarette smoke impregnated in the walls. Cobwebs on the ceiling, dirty walls, dust everywhere, filthy toilet, stained windows from other visitors, sticky remote control. I don't think anyone has cleaned that place in months.

3.0− Это было ужасно, мы приехали, было невозможно холодно и ужасно пахло, датчики тепла не работали Мы сразу сообщили об этом управляющей компанией, они сказали, что пришлют нам кого-то на помощь, потом сказали, что выходные никого нет, это была суббота, мы ждали субботу в воскресенье, они не отвечали на наши вопросы, они просто в выходные ушли из онлайн В понедельник, не предупредив нас, пришёл мастер, позвонил в дверь, у нас спал маленький ребёнок, мы были в шоке, сказали ему, что мы уже сами разобрались на второй день с датчиком На что они нам сказали, что мы якобы выставили их мастера за дверь, бред Ещё раз повторюсь, они даже не предупредили о приходе, и два дня просто не отвечали на наши вопросы Квартира в ужасном состоянии, грязная, все поломанное, диван сломан, никто не заботится о ней Не советую никому там оставаться

Terrible communication
2.0The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Good location and generally well equipped. There is also a parking garage underneath the building, which is convenient.
− Very poor communication and support. Before my stay, my email about air conditioning/ventilators was ignored. During a 34°C heatwave, I contacted the host multiple times by WhatsApp and phone to request ventilators, but never received a solution or follow-up. I had to buy my own ventilator. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The parking garage, while available, was extremely narrow and very difficult to use. I had to reverse back out and enter again with great difficulty because the space was too tight. Also, dishwasher tablets were provided, but no sponge or dish soap for basic handwashing.
