Very disorganized staffing. No hot water yet they charge very high prices

Staff communication and leadership by management needs a lot of improvement. It was a nightmare making the booking to start with and we were expected to pay for breakfast during checkout even through staff had confirmed it was inclusive of our stay when we specifically asked during checkin.
