Extremely dissatisfying
1.0Location wise is good between beirut and Jouneh
− It was a scam ! I booked 3 bedrooms as per the detailed confirmation in the add but they gave me 1 bedroom and nether the owner not the agency was cooperative to rectify this major mistake ! Not recommended at all ! Also I tried to contact booking.com team but there was no response at all !!! It was frustrating for me and my family and extremely dissatisfied ! I was expect booking.com to respond and reach any resolution with the property owner but no response !
