7.0It was nice, clean and spacious. Pool table was great. Dining in the conservatory was pleasant. Bedding and towels were included. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Easy parking down private road. Lots of hot water. Mains shower was powerful. There were 2 fridges. WiFi was good. Good location. Price we paid was very reasonable for the amount of people staying and the area we were in.
− No microwave, potato peeler or sharp knives. Kitchen pans have seen better days. Sofa beds are uncomfortable to sit and sleep on as you could feel all the springs. The single bed slats had come loose and my mum fell straight through the bed when she sat down! No dvd player. No live TV only catch-up No working light in the pool room. Couldn't see any controls for heating but luckily it didn't get too cold yet. Had trouble turning the taps in the bath off.
