Everything exceeded expectations! I spent a lot of time choosing the hotel and did not regret my decision for a moment. We will definitely stay here again. Location-wise, Casa Mallet is right behind the Panama Canal Museum (like 2 seconds walk? Just cross the road and it's there). There are plenty amazing restaurant options all around, and it's a great area to explore. Facilities-wise, the apartment was huge, with a massive kitchen and a living room with a large dining table. There are two coffee machines, large new stove, and a TV. There is a dish-washer and a washer/dryer combo that was very helpful, as we went hiking so it was nice to be able to wash clothing. Casa Mallet provided 2 washing pods for clothes, and some for the dishwasher as well, so we didn't have to buy those. If you are concerned about noise (I've seen come reviews for other properties in Casco), there was none at this property - the windows of the bedroom in our apartment were facing inside a courtyard, which was quiet. Finally, the staff were amazing - we really appreciated the help of the person at the front-door - sorry, I couldn't catch your name! He was wonderful at communicating, provided lots of advice and tips where to go and when, and always was very positive and nice.

The Holy week parades were beautiful. Very moving

We made our own breakfast. The location is right in the old town which is made for walking. We were met by "Jerry" who went out of his way to settle us in and help us find our way around. He was excellent and spoke very good English. The young lady (who was there when Jerry was not) was also very helpful.
